Product Details
The containerized station brings compressors, receivers, refrigerated or desiccant dryers, filters, piping, electrical distribution and controls into one enclosure as a complete air-supply unit. It reduces separate plant-room construction and on-site equipment connections and supports lifting, transport and relocation for infrastructure, mining, energy and industrial projects.
Multi-compressor Sequencing and Load Matching
Single or multiple compressors can be selected around total consumption, peak demand and future expansion. Sequencing uses pressure, flow and equipment status to coordinate starts, stops and operating loads, matching supply to consumption and reducing unnecessary unloaded running and frequent cycling. Compressor quantity, power combinations and control strategies are customized to actual requirements.
Ventilation, Cooling and Environmental Control
Exhaust ventilation, separate air inlets, automatic louvers, air conditioning and heaters can be selected for the site's temperature and climate. Internal airflow is arranged to manage operating heat and compressor inlet conditions. Lighting, fire-protection and protective arrangements can be selected for the site. Specify hot, cold or special environments during system design.
Monitoring, Alarms and Station Customization
Pressure, temperature, flow and operating-status monitoring can be combined with alarms and remote management to support station checks, inspections and fault assessment.
