Product Details

Activated alumina or molecular-sieve desiccant removes moisture through alternating adsorption and regeneration in two towers, supplying continuous dry air for processes requiring lower dew points. Tower and flow-distribution arrangements guide air through the desiccant, while controls manage adsorption, regeneration and switching.

Regeneration Options and Dew-point Selection

Series capacity is 1.5–200 Nm³/min, with standard pressure dew points of −20 to −40°C and combined low-dew-point options of −40 to −70°C. Heatless or heated regeneration can be selected. Regeneration air use, available energy, inlet temperature and target dew point must be considered together for continuous operation.

Clean-process Integration and Maintenance

Applications include electronics, pharmaceuticals, instrumentation and precision manufacturing where low moisture levels are required. Suitable upstream and downstream filtration, switching-valve checks, desiccant inspection and pressure-drop monitoring help maintain drying performance. Working pressure, controls and the complete filtration arrangement can be tailored to actual requirements.
