Product Details
The refrigerated dryer cools compressed air through heat exchange, condenses water vapor and separates the resulting moisture. Heat exchange and separation work together to limit liquid water entering downstream piping and equipment, serving the dry-air needs of general industrial production.
Capacity and Inlet Conditions
Series capacity is 1.5–110 Nm³/min, with pressure dew points of 2–10°C. Actual capacity depends on inlet temperature, working pressure and heat-rejection conditions. High-temperature air-cooled, upgraded high-temperature and laser-cutting configurations can be selected for the site, with routine checks covering condensate drainage.
Filtration Integration and System Customization
The dryer can be combined with receivers and precision filters for manufacturing, pneumatic tools and production lines. Refrigerated drying does not replace filtration for oil, particles or specific cleanliness targets. Capacity, electrical supply, cooling, piping and controls can be customized.
