Product Details
A blower draws in ambient air and heats it to regenerate the desiccant, reducing the use of dried compressed air during heating for high-flow, continuous-duty projects. Cooling-stage air use and total regeneration consumption depend on the configuration and should be selected around the operating cycle and available energy.
Automatic Control and Operating Protection
PLC control, protective functions, dew-point monitoring and remote control can manage regeneration, cooling and tower switching. A heated-regeneration backup mode can be configured for blower-system faults, providing operating flexibility during abnormal conditions. Contact sales to confirm backup functions and their activation conditions.
High-flow Configuration and Air-treatment Integration
Standard capacity is 11–220 Nm³/min; higher capacities can be customized to actual requirements. High-pressure, low-dew-point, integrated-filter or stainless-steel-piping options can be selected around working pressure, inlet temperature and target dew point and integrated with other air-treatment equipment. Contact sales for specific parameters, cooling arrangements and regeneration air consumption.

Application Scenarios
Typical industry uses; confirm the complete system against pressure, flow, air quality and site conditions.
- Electronics: clean pneumatic assembly; verify particle, moisture and oil limits.
- Pharmaceuticals: process and instrument air; validate the complete air-treatment system.
- Textiles: air-jet weaving, pneumatic controls and production-line air.
Applications and Limitations
