The oil circuit removes motor heat to help manage temperature rise during continuous operation. Motor and package cooling work together to support reliable drive under high production loads. Use the specified cooling oil and service intervals.

Motor Protection for Dusty Environments

Select motor protection and inlet filtration for site dust, humidity and installation conditions to limit contamination. Motor protection does not make the complete package waterproof or explosion-proof. Corrosive or potentially explosive environments require a separately confirmed solution.

Integrated Direct Drive and Variable-speed Control

Integrated coaxial direct drive reduces intermediate transmission components in a compact arrangement. The variable-speed drive adjusts frequency to air demand, supporting stable air supply and part-load efficiency.

Use the local control panel to check operating status, adjust air-supply settings and plan routine maintenance. Confirm voltage, frequency, interface language and protective functions for the destination market and site supply. Routine use does not depend on a cloud platform.

Enclosed Oil-cooled Motor · IP65 Protection

The BTS series uses an enclosed, oil-cooled permanent-magnet motor with IP65 protection. The enclosed design prevents dust ingress and provides protection against water jets, making the motor suitable for dusty, damp and demanding industrial environments. Oil cooling carries heat away from the motor to help control temperature rise, while permanent-magnet variable-speed control supports stable operation over extended periods. IP65 applies to the motor enclosure, not the complete compressor package. Maintain site ventilation and cooling, avoid immersion and follow the maintenance requirements.
