Product Details
The BTS series uses an oil-cooled permanent-magnet motor to manage operating heat while addressing industrial protection requirements. Motor protection and cooling configurations can be selected for the project. Specify dust levels, ambient temperature and other site conditions so the motor, inlet filtration and package cooling can be matched correctly.
Integrated Direct Drive and Variable-speed Control
The integrated coaxial direct-drive arrangement reduces intermediate transmission components and supports a compact, serviceable layout. Variable-speed control adjusts operating frequency to air consumption, reducing unnecessary loading, unloading and unloaded operation. Power ratings cover 15–75 kW; select pressure and air delivery as a matched pair for each model.
Operating Management and Service Options
Cloud-based operating management, data access and maintenance reminders can be configured to help operators track equipment condition. An external oil-separator element arrangement supports routine servicing and replacement. Controls and electrical specifications can be adapted to the destination market.
