Product Details

The LM-HDW series uses non-contact rotors and timing gears to maintain rotor synchronization, without injecting lubricant into the compression chamber. This reduces a source of oil contamination for processes requiring clean, continuous air. Gears, bearings and other mechanical components still require inspection and maintenance; oil-free compression does not mean a maintenance-free machine.

Modular Service Access and Intelligent Monitoring

A modular arrangement supports routine inspection and servicing. Operating monitoring, parameter adjustment, fault warnings and remote management can be configured. Operators can use temperature, pressure and operating-status information to plan maintenance, with cooling and control options selected for the duty and continuous-production requirements.

Clean Processes and Complete Air Treatment

Applications include food and beverages, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, electronics, textiles, water treatment and laboratory work. Series ranges are 55–400 kW, 8–10 bar and 1–50 m³/min.
