Product Details
The BES series offers standalone and integrated packages. The integrated arrangement combines a compressor, air receiver, refrigerated dryer and precision filtration, reducing separate equipment placement and site connections for sheet-metal fabrication and laser-cutting equipment. Workshops with existing central air or treatment systems can select a standalone arrangement to suit the installation.
Pressure Stability and Air Treatment
Air storage, drying and precision filtration must be matched with the compressor to limit pressure fluctuations, moisture and oil contamination affecting the cutting process. Permanent-magnet drive and variable-speed control can adjust output to the cutting equipment's air demand. Required pressure and air quality must be confirmed for the material, process and cutting head.
Model Selection and Custom Integration
Available models cover 15–37 kW, with specific models for 16 bar and 20 bar service. Select the power, pressure and air-delivery combination from the model table; output values for different pressure versions are not interchangeable.
