Oil-free Air Planning for Food Packaging in Thailand

A food-packaging air-system proposal focused on oil-free compression, drying, filtration and verifiable control at product-contact points.

Application Requirements and Delivery Plan

Separate the Air Uses

For this Thailand food-packaging scenario, assess pneumatic power separately from air that may contact food or inner packaging surfaces. Set air-quality requirements through process assessment. An oil-free compressor is not, by itself, a sterile-air system.

Oil-free System Configuration

The proposed system uses BOSAN LM-HDS water-lubricated oil-free screw compressors, with drying and filtration sized for inlet temperature, humidity and actual flow. Direct-contact uses require separate confirmation of point-of-use treatment and testing.

Acceptance and Operation

Acceptance covers pressure, pressure dew point, particles and oil contamination, with additional microbiological testing where risk assessment requires it. The intended benefit is reduced air-related contamination risk; compliance requires test reports under agreed conditions.
