Three BLD100PM2 series units respectively assume the roles of primary and backup gas supply, and by using permanent-magnet variable-speed technology, the pressure fluctuations on the production line are controlled within the ± 0.1 bar range.
The PSA nitrogen generator uses PSA pressure swing adsorption technology, maintaining nitrogen purity stably above 99.95% or more.
Three compressors achieve energy efficiency linkage through the cloud monitoring system, among which BLD100PM2's flexible start-stop function matches the intermittent air usage characteristics of the laser cutting machine.
Implementation Effectiveness
The new system reduces the workshop's overall energy consumption by approximately 20%. The low-noise design of the BLD100PM2 series lowers the sound pressure level in the equipment area to the client's office standards.
