Aromatic ether engineering plastics (such as PEEK) are known as the "gold of plastics". With their excellent properties of high temperature resistance, high strength, and corrosion resistance, they are widely used in high-end fields such as aerospace, new energy vehicles, and medical implants. Adopting a water-cooled design, the heat exchange capacity is matched according to the cooling water temperature, water quality, and flow rate. It can adapt to long-term high-load production conditions for 7 × 24 hours, effectively avoiding energy consumption decay and equipment failure caused by high temperatures, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted gas supply.

High-purity air source output, precisely matching process standards

The entire system is equipped with a dedicated nitrogen generation unit, capable of producing high-purity compressed air and high-purity nitrogen. The oil content in the compressed air is ≤ 0.01 ppm, and the nitrogen purity meets the stringent requirements for the production of polyarylether materials, reducing impurity contamination and fully ensuring stable product performance and batch consistency.
