A proposed centralized air system for printing, die-cutting and packing, with point-of-use pressure control and shift-based operation matched to production demand.

Application Requirements and Delivery Plan

Production Requirements

The system is planned for a multi-shift packaging workshop in Vietnam. Printing and die-cutting run continuously while packing stations use air intermittently. Record flow, minimum pressure and concurrent operating hours before sizing the compressors.

Centralized Air Configuration

The proposed BOSAN LDPM100II two-stage VSD system includes an air receiver, dryer and filters. Size the ring main for the pressure drop at the most demanding outlet and provide pressure measurement at critical stations. Standby capacity depends on downtime risk and maintenance access.

Acceptance Priorities

Check outlet pressure and compressor operation at full load, shift changes and low load. The intended benefits are steadier pressure and less unloaded running. Energy savings require metered comparison at equivalent production and pressure.
